Carmen Hunter Health Refund Policy


Please read our refund policy in its entirety before purchasing any programs, course offerings or products.


We stand behind our programs/products and your satisfaction with them is important to us. Due to the amount of time dedicated to creating the content and the digital nature of the program, we offer a limited refund policy as outlined below. Cancellation requests must be emailed to No other methods of communication  will be accepted.

The Institute for Functional Health Coaching™

We offer a 7 day content review of The Institute for Functional Health Coaching™ program and if you decide it’s not the right fit for you, we will refund 90% of the full payment for up to seven days after purchase (10% administrative processing fee applies).

Health Coach Mentorship & Mastery Membership

  • Written cancellation requests must be emailed to No other methods of communication will be accepted.
  • Annual memberships only: Cancellation requests must be received within 3 business days before the auto renewal date (email notifications are sent to the email address on file the month prior to the auto renewal month).
  • Monthly memberships only: Cancellation requests made 3 days or sooner prior to the recurring charge date may be subject to another month of membership and content will be available through the next billing cycle.

All events are free for IFHC™ program participants and Health Coach Mentorship & Mastery members unless specified otherwise. The private registration links can be found in the Institute for Functional Health Coaching™ and  Health Coach Mentorship and Mastery Facebook groups. Please ONLY register using these free links. No requests for refunds will be approved if registration for “paid for” events is completed elsewhere using a paid registration link.

Other Carmen Hunter Health Programs and Products

Programs, courses and offerings published by Carmen Hunter Health other than IFHC may have different refund policies.  It is up to the buyer to read ALL details about the refund policy for each product or training and cancellation must be made in writing to If you submit a ticket to our team you MUST allow 48 hours for a response. Do NOT submit more than one ticket or our system will move your ticket down the list. If more than one ticket is submitted the time for response will start over from the second ticket submission. No other methods of communication will be accepted. 

There are no refunds on any other promotional bundles or single Carmen Hunter Health products unless otherwise published with the product promoted. We are unable to apply any previous purchases you may have made toward a larger purchase. 

It is the buyer’s responsibility to determine which products and/or programs are the right fit for them prior to purchase.
